Online-Fensterbank.de is now Germany’s market leader for custom-made window sills – but just three years ago, the company was still reliant on physical sales reps and operated mainly as a supplier to other brands. Through a full application of the h1gh Performance Framework, we helped Ofschenka completely transform its business model: from offline B2B sales to a powerful direct-to-customer platform via an intelligent product configurator. This radical shift not only enabled scalability and automation but also opened the path to multi-million euro revenues.

We implemented the full six-phase h1gh Performance Framework – aligning brand, business model and performance.

Phase 1 – Fundament: We conducted a full brand, market, and channel audit to evaluate the business potential beyond the old sales structure. Phase 2 – Creatives: We created performance-focused digital assets and optimized the web presence to reflect value, clarity, and trust in a complex product category. Phase 3 – Setup: A complete infrastructure for data tracking, funnel segmentation, and cross-platform conversion tracking was established.
